A little background on me

My name is Brandon Cavalier-Brancio. I am a Denver, CO-based NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 3000 hours of one-on-one personal training serviced. In addition to my certifications, I draw on the knowledge I’ve gained from a diverse background in fitness that includes over a decade of weight training experience, 6+ years of military service in the US Army Infantry, 2.5 years (and counting) of regular training and competition as an amateur strongman, and numerous other personal athletic endeavors, as well as extensive injury rehabilitation familiarity.

Currently, I am engaged in deepening my knowledge and expertise through a pre-med undergraduate program at MSU Denver. My major in biology, coupled with a minor in pre-healthcare, equips me with a growing understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and broader concepts of human health. Beyond formal education, I'm committed to ongoing self-study, constantly expanding my knowledge base across multiple disciplines to enhance my abilities as a trainer and coach.

I believe that as a trainer and coach, I have a responsibility to “walk the walk” when it comes to health and fitness. When I am not working, studying, or training, I spend my free time engaging in other active pursuits such as hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking and various other outdoor hobbies. I enjoy eating a well-balanced healthy diet, and strive to fuel myself in ways that I feel at my peak energetically and physically. I also live a sober lifestyle, and work towards cultivating a disciplined, focused mindset so that I can always operate at my best, in order to lead by example for my clients.
